What's included
- A full inspection of the entire chimney structure
- An inspection and where necessary, cleaning of the burner
- Inspection of the combustion chamber and where necessary cleaning
- Inspection of any injectors and the heat exchanger and where necessary cleaning
- Inspection of the ignition devises i.e. pilot lights and/ or spark flame sensing electrodes
- Checking of all seals and gaskets
- Our engineer will ensure all condense traps and drains are free from debris
- We will also test the appliance in accordance with the manufacturers instruction to ensure: the heat input and/or operating pressures are correct.
- We will check the effectiveness of the flue, that all ventilation requirements exceed the current standards and that the correct operation of all safety devices
- Ensure that the boiler is safe for continuous use within the property
- We will conduct a final combusion analysis and measurement against tolerances set by the manufactures instructions
- Service to be carried out between Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Other appointment times are available upon request, these will in-cure additional charges for out of hours working.

However, we do carry parts on board, but it is impossible to carry everything. If parts are required we can usually get these ordered and return the following day. We will always keep you informed on how long we think it will take to fix your problem.
The quote is only for the work we have agreed with you. If you have multiple issues we will quote separately for other work needed unrelated to your original fault.
