What's Included
- A full inspection of the entire chimney structure
- An inspection of up to two appliances
- We will also test the appliance in accordance with the manufacturers instruction to ensure: the heat input and/or operating pressures are correct.
- A gas tightness test on your pipework if specified upon booking
- We will check the effectiveness of the flue, that all ventilation requirements exceed the current standards and that the correct operation of all safety devices
- Ensure that the boiler is safe for continuous use within the property
- We will conduct a final combusion analysis and measurement against tolerances set by the manufactures instructions
- Landlord gas safety certificate to be carried out between Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Other appointment times are available upon request, these will in-cure additional charges for out of hours working.

- Landlord gas safety certificate to be carried out between Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Other appointment times are available upon request, these will in-cure additional charges for out of hours working.
