COVID-19 Update

Keeping our customers safe is our top priority!

In light of the new COVID-19 virus and the continued disruption and concern it is causing, we would like to update and assure all of our customers regarding PLT GROUP service and ongoing care. 

The health & safety of our customers and installers is our upmost priority. We are taking all reasonable precautions to ensure we can provide you all with a warm home and keep everybody involved safe and healthy. 

To ensure we comply with government guidelines, we will be asking additional questions at the initial point of contact, to ensure we understand the status of the household in question.

We can install from 24 hours to sure your heating system is back up and running, if in the unfortunate event that your heating system goes down. 

COVID-19 Restrictions

If you or anyone living in your property are under any restrictions due to COVID-19, please ensure you let us know prior to installation. We may need to change your installation date until your isolation period has ended.

PLT GROUP cannot be liable for any COVID related incidents that may occur. 

Ongoing monitoring

We monitor government guidelines to assess levels of risk and will continue to do so as we attempt to prioritise the health and safety f our customers and engineers above all else. We will take appropriate action as and when we feel its suitable to do so.

We cannot accept any responsibility for anyone contracting Covid-19 as a result of having a boiler installed by PLT GROUP. All of our Gas safe registered engineers are advised of health and safety measures required before, during and after a visit to a customers property. Healthy & safety of our installers and customers is of our highest importance to PLT GROUP. 

As a company we are taking every precaution that we are able o when it comes protecting our customers and engineers alike. This being said we are carrying out video surveys, to keep contact to a minimum. We also ask all customers to take precautions to avoid any unnecessary contact with your engineer on the day of installation. It is advisable to move any occupants/ pets into one room for the duration of your installation, or, if convenient, to leave the property and keep social distancing at all times. We advise that you thoroughly  clean your property before and after installation. Please take advice from the governments website for health & safety advice.
